* Replies to 3–5 star reviews within 48 hours. For one- and two-star reviews, we alert you upon detection and provide a response template and best-practice guidance. You know the facts and how your business operates: you add your explanation and publish the reply yourself, or send us the details so we can prepare and publish a reply you have approved. If a three- to five-star review contains a complaint that requires clarification, we ask you for the details before replying. If a review violates Google’s policies, we can report it and request removal. Google makes the final decision, and removal cannot be guaranteed. Replies remain subject to Google’s moderation before they appear.
After the minimum commitment of 3 months for Flexible or 12 months for Best Value, your subscription continues month to month without a new fixed-term commitment and can be canceled without an exit fee. For Best Value, early exit is possible after 6 complete monthly periods, with a one-month fee before the end of the 12 periods. No. Both plans are billed monthly through secure automatic card payments via Stripe, using the card provided when you subscribe. Payment is collected on each monthly subscription renewal date. Your commitment defines the minimum subscription period, not the payment frequency. View plans.
Best Value has a twelve-month commitment. Early exit is possible after six complete monthly periods, with a fee equal to one monthly payment if you leave before the end of the twelve periods. After twelve periods, your subscription continues month to month without a new fixed-term commitment or exit fee. In either case, we must receive your notice at least 48 calendar hours before the renewal time, calculated in UTC. Read the Terms.
Flexible fits a preference for a shorter minimum commitment. Best Value offers a lower monthly price with a twelve-period commitment. The service is the same.
